Substitute Teacher. September 2010 – May 2011
Filled in for teachers at district high schools and middle schools. Worked for 3 months in a long term position as a 7th grade English and Reading teacher. Graded papers, classroom management, planned projects and lessons, prepared tests, and held individual tutorials for students.

US Army, 1st Armored Division, Office of the Staff Judge Advocate, Wiesbaden, Germany
Paralegal Non-Commissioned Officer, Sergeant. August 2005 – August 2009
Trained units on the Rules of Engagement and Law of Armed Conflict; trained soldiers in combat skills, physical fitness improvement, navigation, first aid, and legal matters; conducted legal research and prepared motions, actions, and correspondence for Judge Advocates; processed land claims and lease agreements in Germany and Iraq on behalf of the Army; customer service; gave legal assistance through powers of attorney and wills; arranged international witness production. Marathon Running — completed the April 5, 2009 Paris Marathon, and currently wishing to  train for another one.
